Classes for Everyone
Men’s Well-Being Project called Strength through Vulnerability
Strength Through Vulnerability is a 12-week men’s well-being project created by Inspire New Creative Performing Arts (INCPA) and House of Judah City Church (HOJ). This community-based programme offers men a safe and supportive space to come together, share experiences, and explore personal growth through creativity, discussion, and reflection.
The project focuses on improving mental health, reducing isolation, and building resilience. Through drama, storytelling, poetry, and group activities, men are encouraged to express themselves openly and embrace the power of vulnerability as a strength rather than a weakness.
Sessions also include mindfulness practices, peer support, and guest speakers who provide tools for navigating challenges such as stress, relationships, and identity.
Our aim is to create a brotherhood where men can feel seen, valued, and connected, empowering them to improve self-esteem, build stronger relationships, and lead healthier lives.
Together, we grow stronger through vulnerability.
Saturday Theatre School (Ages 4-18)
Our children’s drama classes in Croydon and London are fun, interactive, and confidence-building. Young performers learn teamwork, self-expression, and stage presence through improvisation, role play, movement, dance, singing, and storytelling. These classes also improve communication skills, resilience, and self-esteem, helping children both inside and outside the classroom.
- Ages 4–7: Creative play, imagination-building, and first steps into drama.
- Ages 8–13: Developing performance skills, teamwork, and confidence.
- Ages 14–18: Advanced drama techniques, monologues, and scene study for teens who want to challenge themselves and explore theatre more deeply.
Parents love that our classes give children the chance to perform in end-of-term showcases and develop lifelong skills such as public speaking, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Adult Acting Workshops
Our adult acting classes in Croydon, Peckham, and London are designed for beginners and developing performers who want to build acting skills, creativity, and confidence. Sessions explore key theatre practitioners such as Stanislavski, Meisner, and Brecht, alongside script work, improvisation, character development, and voice training.
Many of our adult students join for personal growth—whether to overcome shyness, improve workplace presentation skills, or rediscover a love of theatre. Others are aspiring performers who want to train in a supportive, professional environment. Whatever your motivation, our adult acting workshops provide a safe space to learn, grow, and perform.
Holiday Performing Arts Schools
During school holidays, INCPA runs exciting performing arts summer schools and half-term drama projects in Croydon, Bromley, and London. These programmes combine drama, dance, music, poetry, and storytelling, giving children and teens the opportunity to work intensively towards an end-of-week performance for family and friends.
Holiday schools are a fantastic way for young people to make friends, stay active, and develop confidence while enjoying a fun and creative outlet. They are especially popular with parents looking for affordable and engaging holiday activities.
Weekly Performing Arts Classes with INCPA 🎭
Inspire New Creative Performing Arts (INCPA) is proud to offer dynamic Weekly Performing Arts Classes that give children, young people, and adults the opportunity to grow in confidence, creativity, and self-expression. Our sessions go beyond drama skills – they are designed to inspire, build resilience, and nurture talent in a supportive and family-like environment.
Each week, participants explore a wide range of art forms including drama, acting, movement, dance, poetry, storytelling, and music. Through playful warm-ups, confidence-building games, and performance-based activities, students learn to express themselves freely and discover their unique creative voice. Every class is carefully structured to be engaging, inclusive, and accessible to different ages and abilities.
At INCPA, we believe that performing arts is not just about being on stage – it’s about life skills. Our classes encourage teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, empathy, and communication. Participants are challenged to step outside their comfort zones, experiment with new ideas, and celebrate their progress each week. Whether it’s mastering a monologue, learning a dance routine, devising original scenes, or performing spoken word, each session brings exciting opportunities to shine.
Our tutors are passionate, experienced practitioners who bring energy and expertise from professional theatre, drama schools, and community arts projects. They are dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and fun space where everyone can thrive. Over time, many of our students have found their voices, grown in confidence, and even discovered new passions and friendships through our classes.
The Weekly Performing Arts Classes also build towards sharing performances and showcases, giving participants the chance to put their skills into practice and celebrate their creativity with family, friends, and the wider community. These performances are always uplifting highlights that reflect the hard work, growth, and joy of each group.
Whether you are a complete beginner or someone with some stage experience, INCPA’s Weekly Performing Arts Classes are a chance to learn, grow, and belong. Together, we create an inspiring journey of self-expression, confidence, and connection through the power of the arts.
