Inspire New Creative Performing Arts (INCPA) is a dynamic and inclusive performing arts organisation working across Croydon, Peckham, Bromley, Dulwich, Chislehurst, and London. For over a decade, we have been creating opportunities for children, young people, and adults to express themselves through drama, dance, singing, poetry, and storytelling.
Our vision is to use the power of the performing arts to build confidence, creativity, and community while making theatre and creativity accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience.
Our mission is simple: to inspire, nurture, and empower people of all ages through the transformative power of the performing arts. Our Mission
At INCPA, our mission is to inspire people of all ages to believe in themselves and unlock their creative potential. We deliver children’s drama workshops, adult acting classes, holiday performing arts schools, and well-being programmes that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
Every class and workshop is designed not only to develop performance skills but also to support personal growth, teamwork, and self-expression. We believe that the performing arts can be life-changing—helping people discover their voices, develop resilience, and step into new opportunities with confidence.

OUR EXPERTISE
What Makes Us Unique
INCPA is proud to stand out as more than just a drama school. We combine professional performing arts training with a strong focus on mental health, resilience, and inclusion. Our facilitators bring years of experience in theatre and education, but what truly sets us apart is our passion for helping people thrive—whether that means preparing a child for the stage, supporting a young person to overcome self-doubt, or giving an adult the courage to perform for the first time.
We are also recognised for our specialist community projects, which use drama to explore and address real-life issues such as anti-knife crime, bullying, social isolation, and identity. Our Black History drama workshops have reached schools and community groups across London, empowering young people to learn, reflect, and celebrate culture through creativity.
Inclusive & Supportive Environment
At INCPA, we believe everyone deserves the chance to shine. That’s why we offer autism-friendly drama classes, speech and language drama support, and tailored programmes for individuals with additional needs.
